About Us
Our promise of keeping Mississippi “covered” started well more than 60 years ago when Mississippi native Tommy Moody installed his first residential roof from the back of his truck. With his beloved wife Sharon handling both rooftops support and business back-up, “family business” wasn’t just a phrase—it was a guarantee.
Before long, their son Michael and his sisters Renee Joiner and Darla Partrick became part of this legacy, having joined when they were just old enough to hold the tools.

Our father started Guaranteed Roofing Co. in 1967 with literally his bare hands and a truck full of tools. And mom? Well, she joined not long after… loading, hauling, and getting her own hands dirty right beside him. Over fifty years later, it’s become a family business three generations strong. And along with the company, we’ve built a hard-earned reputation for putting our customer’s needs first and backing everything we do with an iron-clad promise: when you work with us, you’re working with family.
